APPLICATIONS OF STITCHER FOR DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY STITCHING:

Image stitching for creation of wide angle pictures
Instead of spending hours stitching your pictures in Photoshop, do it automatically in minutes in Autodesk® Stitcher™ ! Stitcher is the best way to create high-res panoramas which can then be printed in very large sizes. The user can fine-tune his settings to obtain his “ideal” panorama in terms of size, resolution and image format. Stitcher also calculates the best-size rendering setting, according to the original size of the input images.

Flat stitching for image mosaicing
The 'Flat Stitch' function is very useful to easily scan an image whose format is larger than that of your scanner (usually A4). i.e.: maps, architectural plans…etc.
