That’s probably because the Hardware ID has changed due to a hardware modification of the computer. In this case, you should request a new activation key at:
http://www.realviz.com/register/request_actkey.php
It could also be because you have reached the end of the grace period of several hours. You must now activate your software.
Another possibility could be that you don't have the rights to write the Serial Number.ini file in the Stitcher directory. There is maybe a write permission, which is disabled in this directory for you as the user. Maybe you can log in with an administrator login and make the activation. It will probably work better. |
