If you are using Stitcher Unlimited with DS option, go to Tools > Add Tripod Cap. If necessary, browse to your main Stitcher Folder under which you will find a folder called Tripcap. Choose one of these based on the size of the tripod area that you need covered.
Alternatively you can make a cubical image render, which will produce 6 faces of a cube, format JPG, TIFF or PSD. Then open the bottom face in your image editing software, composite the logo within this image and save it. Then start Stitcher, load the cubical panorama (File>Load Panorama and choose the first of the 6 cube images) and render as a QTVR or a spherical image. Your logo is inserted.
