If you have no internet connection AT ALL:
You have to send a fax to +33 (0)4 92 38 84 61 with your Company name, Name, address, telephone number, fax number, serial number (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx) and Hardware ID (Help - activate Stitcher - Offline).
The activation key will be sent to you by fax or telephone.
If only the Stitcher computer is not in the internet, but you do have another computer connected:

if you have Stitcher Unlimited 5.7.1:
get the Hardware ID from Stitcher - Help – activate, it’s displayed there in front of the label ID:
then go here:

enter the form
you will receive an email with the activation key inside (43 characters long), then follow this process:
