As Stitcher says, it has not enough memory to make its render.
It could be, that all the RAM is occupied by the input and by the stitching. So, you have to free some RAM for the render. For that, save your project, close Stitcher, re-start it, go to Edit - Preferences – Memory and decrease the cache size toward 0%. This cursor defines the size in RAM that the input images will occupy, so decreasing it is logical. Then make your render. It should work better. If not, decrease again the cursor until 0%.
You can also reduce the size in pixels of the render until it works. If you make a TIFF render, you can check the use Strip option in the Image Options window of the render window.
