Can you remove all the preferences files?
In MAC, remove all the files in: User/XXX/library/Preferences/Realviz/Stitcher
in Windows,remove all the files in:
C:/DocumentAndSettings/XXX/ApplicationData/realviz/stitcher where XXX is the name of the User logged.
